3. Management & Processes
At this stage, I configure project management and operating processes as a single, integrated system. I define the level at which decisions are made, the areas of responsibility assigned, and the rules governing the project’s day-to-day operations. Management becomes clear and predictable for the leader: the decision structure, boundaries of responsibility, and order of action in management situations are clearly understood.
During the launch period, I support the project throughout the first weeks of operation. I work with management decisions, processes, and working materials, assess how they function in the project’s real environment, and make adjustments where necessary. This ensures the project remains controllable and that the quality of management decisions is maintained from day one.
Stage outcome: by the time the project launches, a management model is in place and the decision-making process is clearly defined. Responsibilities are allocated, and processes are prepared for real operational load. During the first weeks, the project is supported to maintain control and to adapt decisions promptly to actual working conditions.
